The Nut is an HP restoring recovery item found in Mother 3 only obtainable prior to Chapter 4. They are also used to make Nut Cookies and Nut Bread.
Usage
As a recovery item
When eaten by a party member on its own, the Nut will replenish approximately 5 HP.
Other uses
Nuts can be given to Caroline and she will bake it into another item:
- Giving her one will have her bake it into a Nut Cookie.
- Giving her three will have her bake it into Nut Bread.
