Mixed up identity?

"店のトレードマークにもなっている配達人のゴンザレス氏が, いかに時間に几帳面な人かがわかるはず。" seems to (through the help of Google Translate) simply state that he is the trademark of Mach Pizza and that he is a punctual person(?). Can someone with better Japanese skills see if anything else regarding this Gonzares individual can be clarified? It's not entirely impossible that the info on his page is incorrect, as I simply assumed that he is the same character as the pizza delivery guy in-game due to their physical similarities, which could just be a result of laziness (basing the appearance of a virtual company's mascot on the only individual who is seen working there isn't really a way too farfetched solution). Is Mach Pizza even confirmed to have more than one deliveryman? Because if not, it could be some neat eccentric concept that the one delivering the wares is the one representing the company.
