Thomas's Bazaar is a shop in Mother 3, located in Tazmily Village.
Before Chapter 4
In the first three chapters, Flint, Duster, and Fassad can take items from on top of the counter with no charge. When Salsa is the only one in the party, however, he can't take any of the items. The items can vary between visits:

Chapters 4-7
The bazaar now charges DP for all of its wares. Towards the end of Chapter 7, the workers at the Bazaar have decided to move to New Pork City.
