Captain Strong is a minor boss in EarthBound, encountered after fighting four Cops in the Onett Police Station. Despite claiming to use his Super Ultra Mambo-Tango-Foxtrot martial arts, his most powerful attack is to grapple Ness and use a submission hold. In addition to attacking, he also can lose his temper In battle, he loses his temper, equivalent to using Offense Up α without using PP. Once defeated, Captain Strong will radio to have the road to Twoson opened.Template:Enemies
