The Dinosaur Museum is a location in Fourside in EarthBound. It's located near the park in the center of Fourside. It has large dinosaur bones on display. However, they are all replicas;[1] not many people visit it,[2] possibly because of this. The museum is managed by Mr. Spoon, and the price for entry is $5 per person.

In EarthBound

During the events of the game, Mr. Spoon makes a signifficant discovery and attempts to call Mr. Fork about it. However, instead Ness answers the phone and arrives at the museum. Mr. Spoon then agrees to allow Ness to enter the backroom if he is given Venus's autograph.

Aften giving Mr. Spoon the autograph, Ness is let in and told about the discovery at the end of the sewers, which happens to be one of his sanctuaries. He is also warned about a huge rat before being let in to reach the sanctuary.

The museum also appears in Moonside, though it doesn't serve any purpose in the story.

In the Super Smash Bros. series

The Dinosaur Museum makes an appearence in the Fourside stage in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as the leftmost building. The museum is much taller than it is in EarthBound and in a different location. The museum appears to be being renovated based on the back of it being under construction, and the crane controlling the soft platform above it.
