Electra is Geldegarde Monotoli's maid. When Ness steps outside of Jackie's Cafe after defeating the Mani-Mani Statue, an Escargo Express delivery man will tell Ness that he lost the yogurt dispenser that was meant to be delivered to him in the Dusty Dunes Desert. Electra overhears this, and requests that when Ness finds the dispenser, it be given to her.

When Ness returns with the Yogurt dispenser, she snatches it out of his hands. She then goes back to her room in the Monotoli Building, and will give Trout yogurt when spoken to from then on.
