Enemies are one of the biggest obstacles met in games. In the Mother series, they will attack the player, trying to make them lose all of their HP, doing so by attacking him/her. In the first two games of the series, most attack Ninten and Ness because they were brainwashed by Giygas. In Mother 3, they are mainly chimeras modified by The Pigmask Army.
