Giant Step

Giant Step is one of the locations in EarthBound, being one of the sanctuaries, with its boss being Titanic Ant. It is found beside the town of Onett. It was initially being guarded by a shack to the west of Onett. Having to go there to get the sanctuary back though, Ness rids the streets of the city from the Sharks. As a thanks, Ness is given the key to open the shack by the mayor of Onett. It is home to many types of enemies, all based on small real world animals, mostly bugs or insects. The cave is named after a step outside of it, which has the sound of the sanctuary. When Ness exits out of the cave, he will be taken by cops under the control of Giygas.
