Ramblin' Evil Mushroom is an enemy in EarthBound. Before being battled, they look like regular mushrooms. However, if Ness walks by an area with them, they'll attack. They are able to put a special status effect on Ness, known as being Mashroomized. It plants a mushroom on Ness's head. Template:Enemies
