Sebastian is a character in EarthBound. He is a member of the Tessie-Watching Club. During the events of the game, he is kidnapped by Giygas's minions. A friend of his, who resides at the shore of Lake Tess informs Ness of his disappearance via a haiku poem. After defeating Starman DX, he is freed from the base where he had been held, and returns to Lake Tess. His friend also writes a new haiku, announcing his return.
