Tony is Jeff's room-mate at the Snow Wood Boarding House in Winters. After Jeff hears Paula's message for help, Tony accompanies him as a temporary party member(which is also the day before Tony's birthday). After going outside, Tony boosts Jeff over the gate to the school, leaving the party. In Toto, Tony will call Ness and ask for the player's name. At the end of the game, he sends Jeff a letter saying that he misses him.Tony is also one of the many charaacters that prayed for Ness in the final fight with Giygas In an interview with Shigesato Itoi the games creator tony was hinted to be gay because of his unhealthy obsession over Jeff
